The config server for China area was down since two days ago.
We can not access config server when using direct network connection,
but everything is OK when using VPN outside China to access config
server.
Please check the problem as soon as possible.

It's not an AdWhirl problem. I'm in China now and can confirm that
it's the Great China Firewall causing this outage. There's very little
the folks at AdWhirl or Google can do about this short of changing
their servers and domain names.
