I think that the Illinois and Midwestern local food networks will be
happy to know that Illinois is one step closer to removing the
exemption from livestock facilities (CAFOs) to pay for their Clean
Water permits. The bill has passed the Illinois General Assembly and
now simply awaits the Governor's signature.

Note that it says "protest at the CME" but then meets at the Thompson Ctr.
at 4:30. According to the facebook posting, the march starts at the
Thompson Ctr at 3:30 , and then again at the Thompson Ctr. at 4:30 is the
"people's shareholder meeting".
