  I think that the Illinois and Midwestern local food networks will be &lt;br&gt; happy to know that Illinois is one step closer to removing the &lt;br&gt; exemption from livestock facilities (CAFOs) to pay for their Clean &lt;br&gt; Water permits. The bill has passed the Illinois General Assembly and &lt;br&gt; now simply awaits the Governor&#39;s signature.
