If you don't already know about the movie screening tomorrow night on behalf of City Farm, check it out and please come if you can!
Here's Merrill's plug for it, and more info is below and in the attached poster:
We are also doing an event tomorrow evening at the Whole Foods on Kingsbury, from 7 to 10 pm. It's a bike-in movie hosted by Whole Foods and New Belgium beer and we are the recipients of all donations. I've attached the poster. Please circulate it. I will have a chance to talk about City Farm and would love fellow City Farm and Resource Center staff to be available to mingle and talk to others. They are expecting about 100 people.

Hey Everyone,
My apologies for the mass email, but I wanted to invite you to New Belgium and Whole Foods Lincoln Park Bike-in Movie Night tomorrow evening. This event is a fundraiser for City Farm! We raise funds for the event through our event registration, which has been really low. So this is a plea to come support this great organization, register for the event ($5 suggested donation to City Farm) and enjoy The Breakfast Cluboutdoors, on what looks to be a perfect summer evening from this morning’s weather forecast.
Here are the details, please come out and support if your schedule permits (movie poster attached)!
New Belgium and Whole Foods Bike-in Movie The Breakfast Club
Tuesday June 12th 7:30 – 10pm Whole Foods Lincoln Park rooftop

One of my favorite parts of these gatherings is the Community Slideshow, in which everybody is able to do a brief show-and-tell about their urban agriculture project. Today was to be the deadline for photo submissions, but since I will have time to work on the slideshow on Wednesday morning, I am extending the deadline to 9AM, Wed, June 13. Send one or two photos directly to me, and you will have 30 seconds to a minute, depending on the number of submissions, to talk about your project at the event.
