Will the breached license agreements impact operations going forward
if an agreeemnt can't be reached, particularly as it relates to a JV
and commercial production?

if we submit questions to the company, Rabin can address this pre-
emptively when he speaks thereby not having to attack each question w/
o preparation

Very good to send in our questions. They can't read our
thoughts, brains. IMHO it is also important to send in (some, a
% ...)questions that we know they can answer in a positive light. Many
people will be listening and if there are only tough questions with
dank outlooks...those potential investors will 'wait' to get in. When
I listen to company calls I especially tune into the tone.
AMHO only.

Gary how did the eupoean conference you just attended go? The U S army
instittute for regenerative medicine was at the meeting. Platelets
pught to be a topic of interest to them did they show interest? Of
course it is that touchy area for a branch of government because
hEScells are a political topic.
the cells are pre-embryonic at the blastomere stage and the generating
entity is not daamaged.
all the misspellings have been left because the wntire thing is
disconcerting.
The science is cutting edge and deserves to be advanced to save the
lives of injured warriors on the battlefield and those who stayed
home.

We should get this done before the weekend begins. CC is monday the
21st.
Unfortunately 90% of the above-mentioned questions will not be
answered because they are trade secrets and subject to confidentiality
provisions (either internal and/or FDA related). I would love to know
all those answers like all of you, but I would be very disappointed
with the company if they answered them in a public forum. I cannot
believe their lawyer would allow it.
So I do not expect questions to be taken, and if a few are allowed,
expect them to be re-hash and/or softballs...
Lets see how it plays out

It has become clear to me that there will NOT be a live question
session on the CC. I think submitting a group list of the top X
questions would be a prudent use of our time.
Can someone spearhead this project? Ideally try to get the email sent
to IR/Rabin by COB Friday. I would offer to get this done but I have a
lot on my plate this week.
I think maybe the top 20 questions should be submitted with the hopes
that we can get 1/2 of them answered.
Perhaps the senior managers could pick the best 20 questions or
something as a group.

IMO No Shareholder involvement. This will be a scripted CC event..
But I strongly believe the Good Doctor will be in attendance. The CC
will most likely be pre-recorded and is being produced now.

The P R department usually answers question sent to it. They do not
tell proprietary information trade secrets etc. and they should not
share secrets. If they have the questions that are of concern in
advance they can shape answers and the answer or lack of answer will
be important.
The company lawyers should not allow Gary to be blind sided by
questions but he seems to want a chance to speak to those who invest
in him.
The best reading of the PR that coincided with the end of the freefall
in share pps last week is that Gary wants to talk with investors to
the extent he can. The announcement that there would be a CC implied a
Q&A period. Perhaps Gary will not answer the questions but the new P R
group will?
