How will one every feel the love-joy vibration of their own
undisturbed pool of beingness, as long as they keep beating the
surface of the pool with the conceptual club of the mind?

Good rhetorical question.

Some of us love the joy of floating, some of us love the joy of
splashing.

So, what is this thing that you call love-joy and why do you call it
love-joy?

as the radiance of the heart center becomes evident,

so does the love-joy feeling of the radiance become evident

Godszen,

I do no intend or mean to make you feel like I am personally attacking
you.
I am not.
When you express from the heart it is true.
Be true to the self.
Copying and pasting are others words.
What you are searching for, will not be revealed if you are not true
to yourself.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean,
you think that I am quoting someone else?

for the most part, everything I write is about my own experiences and
in my own words, if it's not, I usually list the persons name

everything that I have written in the topic is no exception

I always appreciate your honest responses

Then I stand corrected Godszen.
Just appeared to me that you were quoting others.
I have become accustomed to your writing style and lately it has
really changed.
I'm guessing (as I seem to be doing more often than not apparently)
that, that is a good thing.

But, Gary, you have to give GZ the credit for holding on to his ground
firmly.

When I joined the group I was not conversent with the Advaita talk
(e.g. what is knowledge- who wants to know ? etc.) but I have become a
part of the cult, so to say. A few remain dry under the rain. (Not
that it matters)

yes, I can understand that, thanks for your 2 cents

but for some reason David's energy, the energy that he has implanted
in me so to speak, is extreme, it's down right dangerous, it is the
stuff legends are made of

Is it David's energy that's dangerous or your own lack of energy
that's dangerous? Do you have the energy to walk away from David? The
legendary are made legendary by the sheep who follow, not by the
legendary.

Forget the legendary.
See in nature the great plan...
Stand upright and be a man.

Until then,Merry Christmas.

Usage of and fascination with personal power only serves to perpetuate
ego and mesmerize perceived others who place importance on an
individual.

I'm not saying that I think that it is not important to have teachers
and a guru or gurus in one's life, but I dare say that all have the
same power as David. Power is the life-energy that dances as
everything in this world appearance. Some are facinated by the
manifestation and manipulation of power in the dream, but this does
not mean that its manifestation or manipulation is any more special
than anything else in illusion. Unless one thinks it is, of course.

Some teachers may keep aspirants fascinated with illusion by focusing
on a particular aspect such as shakti or miracles, etc. Some may keep
the aspirant's focus on illusion by teaching oneness in/of the dream.
Most teachers these days seem to fall in this category. They can be
easily recognized by their talking about how great the dream is, and
often by their hedonistic lifestyles. And some teachers reveal what
illusion is by showing how it is nothing. By listening and reflection,
the aspirant can easily be out of it through understanding. If one
recognizes that they are the Power that is, there is no question of
'my' power and 'his' power, or any transmission of something that you
don't already have.

Another "shepherd" said, "Everything they do is done for men to see:
They make their phylacteries wide and the tassels on their garments
long; they love the place of honor at banquets and the most important
seats in the synagogues; they love to be greeted in the marketplaces
and to have men call them 'Rabbi.'"
Of course David does not do any such things, does he?
What need do we have of teachers?
Is not the truth within each of us?
Does not the one in darkness need only to have the light turned on?

Copy/paste it into a Google search and the first thing you find
is...Phylactery - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Phylactery may mean: Phylactery, Greek term for tefillin, leather
boxes worn on the arm and head during certain Jewish services;
Phylactery
Isn't that wonderful? How easy you can get your own questions
answered?

"... you can feel how the self [or, Self?] is produced from that
energy."

godszen, since you are so familiar with David's teachings, maybe, you
can tell us what David means by this statement that was said in the
Tantra video clip.

Thanks.

Happy New Year.

Btw, we are going to Haiti soon, where the locals have a Creole pun on
"Happy New Year". It is (not sure of spelling), "A piay nu yea", which
means 'on foot we go' (i.e., we don't have a car).

when you sit with david his energy gradually takes over your
consciousness, your ordinary empty human consciousness gradually
becomes thicker, heavier, denser, until it reaches a point of absolute
capacity, where nothing more can be added, the end result is a rock
solid, blissed out, immensity

david doesn't teach with words

he gives you a demonstration of what it's like to be him, over and
over again, as many times as you show up, he never fails to deliver
the Absolute-Divine-Radiance-Love-Bliss on a silver platter, right
into your own body-mind, and I mean big-time, not just a few crumbs,
but by the truck load!
