Migrating from 2.0 to 2.1

I am probably going about this all wrong, but I ran into an error when
trying to migrate from 2.0 to 2.1. When I ran 'rake
adva:install:all', I got a duplicate column name 'track' error caused
by the 'AddGoogleAnalyticsToAdvaIssues' migration.

The process I went through was this, 1) pulled down the latest code
from github, 2) checked out 2.1, and 3) ran rake adva:install:all.

Any thoughts or suggestions on what I am doing wrong would greatly be
appreciated

Hi Aaric!

Thanks for catching the bug! I pushed fixed up to master as well to
tag 0.2.1.

Please pull update and remove old pending migration manually from your
root app migration "rm db/migration/
20090527144300_add_google_analytics_to_adva_issues.rb".

Now run "rake adva:install:all" and it should work as expected.
