Tryout: IE7 compatible admin layout

Hi all,

I pushed some time a go an alternate layout for adva-cms admin
backend. It's main purpose is to fix ui bugs mainly on IE7.

We would like you to try out this alternate layout (it looks the same
as the one we have now) and see if you can find any bugs in it on
whatever browser you are using.

One know bug currently is that the help tips do not work on IE7
because of qTip.

If you want to try you can just copy the admin_alternate.html.erb from
engines/adva_cms/app/views/layouts to your app/views/layouts folder
and rename it as admin.html.erb.
