Thank god I'm not alone to experience this problem. It has been happening in my account since last few days and it's still showing the same bug - aggregate and channel data do not summarize correctly.

Google needs to learn how to communicate better. An email to all adsense publishers who do serious volume would have been very appropriate: I've spent an hour doublechecking my site, including submitting a request to google support. I think the problem is cultural. Google is to a large extent a "culture of secrecy".
When snafus like this happen (and lord knows they always do: that's not the issue), you have to get out in front of the problem and pro- actively communicate. Send an email next time.

First if all, there are a lot of web-hosting company that offer those scripts that let the admin or the owner of the site know who visited theyre site, they even have management of the visitors. Shows visitors I.P, what type of browser they are using, the internet provider, etc.., etc..., etc... If you dont have one, then you better Download one or buy one of those scripts if your web-hosting company does not provide those scripts. some web-hosting company even offer it for free. after you have the script then you know where they are coming from.
second, i am sure that simoultaneous click of the ad is consider not a valid click. that might happen to you, or a rapid click on every ad something like that. i believe also that adsense is not easy money.
and offcourse, we cant avoid viewing our own site for improvements,ect..? then we are violating a adsense Policy for just viewing(a.k.a.:Page Impression) our site? How can we avoid this INVALID IMPRESSION??

Ah maybe its connected to that new feature jobber where you code once, and change settings in your account. Im gonna replace all mine today because its that or find a new revenue source - this is going too long and Im going broke!

I also have same problem with my two blogs. I have put url channel for whole of my blog ie. url for "example.blogspot.com" with no subdomains. url channels impressions & clicks are matching with that of aggregates. Try and let me know.

channels seem to back up and running...however, the aggregate totals from overnight and this morning seem frighteningly low. I sincerely hope that hasn't been screwed up in the process of fixing the other issue!
I redid all my ads - although there are only a few lines of difference - waited an hour or two - and my revenew and counts are back up - so I think something at google is puking on a line or two of the old code.
On Wednesday, the day that the discrepancies between channels and fullcounts were at their worst, my CTR was 25% below the daily running average.
Now, supposedly URL-based channels were supposed to be accurate (i.e. all numbers for a specific site), but today, for the first time, those are falling out of whack too.
On one of my lower-traffic sites, Google's reporting 224 impressions, 7 clicks, and 89 cents in revenue today. But on 3 channels from that site, I'm reporting 4 clicks for $1.02, 3 for $.51, and 2 for $.31. So the channels that are reporting clicks are claiming 9 clicks for $1.84 while Google's claiming 7 for $0.89. For the first time, my ad channels are reporting higher than a URL channel, and that is worrying me.
Why hasn't Google just backed out the update from last weekend? If they keep this up, there are going to be some people filing class action lawsuits, if for nothing else than to get computer forensics experts up Google's butt to make sure their claims of not cheating us during all this are true.
A little more transparency could result in a lot fewer law suits, Google. Ever think of that? You're f'ing with people's livelihoods here.
my earnings tanked on Wednesday either by unfortunate coincidence or maybe the bug did effect my earnings. But it's no skin off my nose even if it did because for me it's only $10 - plus it's only one day and I'm sure they'll be back on track sooner than later.
I guess this is the downside of being Google, you're like the New York Stock Exchange - everybody depends on you and when something goes wrong everybody panics.
keep writing that great code - I'm still a believer that Google is the open and free anti-Microsoft!

They've already released a suitable reply... what more do you expect from them?
The reports provide an "indication" of your earnings based on complex array of scripts & calculations... the figures aren't set in stone, and can (and probably will) change once this bug has been patched.
A slight discrepancy in Adsense earnings is hardly threatening people's livelihoods, unless you're daft enough to rely solely on it.
the issue has been fixed in my case....the impressions and clicks are more or less adding up....however, the eCPM is REALLY low than usual for whatever reasons..
Good news, everyone! The channels reporting issue has been fixed. Our engineers are still working to correct reports from the last several days, but everything should be accurate from this point on.
To give you more information about this situation: - This was a reporting issue ONLY. It did not affect your actual clicks or earnings in any way. Any change you may have noticed in your actual earnings in the last few days was unrelated to this channels discrepancy. - The issue affected channels reporting only. Your aggregate data has and will continue to reflect your actual earnings. - It was not in any way related to the announced "Manage Ads" feature. That feature hasn't launched yet, so none of your settings have been changed, and it was just a coincidence that this reporting issue occurred at the same time that we announced that upcoming feature.

It seems odd that my earnings are absolutely trash today - down around 80% from normal - is it really just this channel report thing ? I have not had earnings this low for years.
