Currently it says I've received 22 clicks today but when I look at all of my custom channels to see where they are coming from, I only see two for one channel and three for another channel. I am still getting several impressions on other channels but can't tell where the 22 clicks are coming from. Been using AdSense a long time but never had this problem.
Normally at this point today I should have clicks on the other channels but there are impressions and the mystery 16 clicks that are unaccounted for in my channels.
Any ideas? I rely a great deal on custom channels and need these to work.
At this hour, I usually have over 1000 impressions (not comparing, just pointing out the details). But custom channels only show that I have 300 impressions on my behalf. I think it may be a bug today.

The only good thing about this is that made me worried and began looking for my visitors trend. Found out I have some new websites with some cool content that are competing with my site, so I must improve quality in order to be again at the top. =)

I am showing the correct number of impressions but I have had 22 clicks so far today, yet under all of my channels it is only showing me that there have been 6 clicks, not 22. I should have 22 so I'm sure it's right and impressions are being counted, it just appears that my custom channels are not showing me how many clicks were given for each channel.
Did you get all that? Hard to explain this stuff but I hope it doesn't continue. Anyone else experiencing this?

Our engineers are aware that some publishers are experiencing reporting discrepancies between their aggregate and channels data today, and they're working to resolve them as quickly as possible. I'll let you know when I know more.
HI guys...I thought there were invalid clicks on my site , so than I setup allow sites (to secure my account , worried to be banned) since all my "adsensener" here face the same problem like mine so just wait and see for now.

Hey All, I am having the same problem. Channels says few impressions and no clicks but my agrregated data is normal. I even mailed google about it yesterday. I thought I am going to get banned for no reasons. It never happened before. I thought it was a clickbot attack. Somehow I came across this thread and now can feel good because I am not alone. Its a google bug it seems.

Hi I am experiencing the same problem but this answer clears the issue. At least the total amount seems to be right. I was worried about someone playing with my list or something. Thanks.

I do think that some kind of warning or official explanation should appear on top of each report the same way we are offered suggestions to improve ads and so on. Maybe it would create some alarm but people would understand. But of course this is a suggestion and may take too long to implement, longer than fixing it. Thanks AdsensePro.

same here i posted this message to support before i found this thread
"while the overall Page impressions, Clicks, Page CTR look about right the channels information for this data is not, showing 0 or very low data for the last 2 or 3 days. i see similar problems in posts on the forum. thanks for any help or feedback."
good news i see i'm not alone, bad news i see i'm not alone. :-) and while adsense pro says "today" the 23d i've noticed this for a few days getting worse and worse and today the 24th, channel stats are at about 0.
I'm also having the same problem - today and yesterday. A few impressions / clicks are showing up in channels but the majority are not. Glad to know that I'm not alone and that it is being worked on.

I am also having this problem for the past 2 days, I hope thet fix it soon. My channels only show 2 impressions when I know I have more than that from analytics. Yesterday was a total bomb, showing only 2 impressions on 1 channel when I know at least 50 should be there. Steve

It's just a channel bug - and it doesn't seem to effect overall click payment. I also have a StatCounter on my site and it showed normal traffic for a typical 'Tuesday' but I was still earning the same average amount I make per day so I knew it was just a channel bug.

Ditto here. Same problem, same timeframe. It is affecting many sites, and it seems to be on Google's end, not due to individual sites.
I agree that it would be nice if a notice of this problem could be placed on the reports pages, or an e-mail sent to publishers about it. So far, the only notice I have seen is the one in this forum. My programmer and I spent too much time yesterday double checking our codes to make sure we had not accidentally deleted or modified something. Time that we had intended using to better our users' experience.
However, this is only only problem I can remember in the years that I have been an AdSense publisher, so, I'm not that upset. It did send us into a bit of a panic for a while through...
