Subject: Adsense unreasonable in terminating an Account
Reproduced is a reply send to Google Adsense to which they have not
responded. No warning was also given before termination.

Please refer to your email dated 8th Feb 2006. It says:

Congratulations!

Your Google AdSense application has been approved. You can now activate
your account and start delivering Google ads and AdSense for search on
your site in minutes. .......

Your email dated 17th May 2006 says:

Hello RB,
Your AdSense account was found to be related to an account previously
disabled for invalid click activity and we have therefore disabled your
account.......

1) Please let us know which account was disabled for invalid clicks?

2) Were there any invalid clicks from 8th Feb 2006 to 17th May 2006?
No. Deactivation is due to some previously disabled website.

3) We were not responsible for certain websites before Feb 2006.

4) We had kept the earnings on hold for over 2 months. Just when we
asked the amount to be released, you send us an deactivation mail. If
our intentions were unfair, we would have not put our earnings on hold
and would have asked it to be sent (on accumulation for US$100).

5) Why was the application approved when you had in mind to disable the
account?

6) Please visit the site and see for yourself if the ads have been
wrongly put.

7) Why don't you ban the IP address from where the invalid clicks
originate. How can a site owner/manager be held responsible if someone
sitting in any other part of the world is playing mischief and
accounting for invalid clicks. Do you mean to say that if we click on
ads showing on someone else's website daily, then the adsense account
on his site will be deactivated? We think the site owner/manager should
not be penalized for someone elses mischief/mistake/deed.

8) Is it possible that if someone copies our google adsense code and
puts it on his disabled site then our account will also be deactivated?

Our intentions are not to cheat anyone. Please reactivate our account.

Best Regards,

RB

Two things:
1. you've previously had a banned account or
2. the site, if it was owned by someone else, has been previously
banned.

Once a site is banned by Google Adsense, that's it, it cant show
Adsense ads on it again even if it changes hands.

when you are billion company we have expected
a lot from you.but the company i.e., google is not protecting user
interests. Why should we suffer because of somebody.the one does the
mistake and we have to suffer.google is only concerned about their
profit not the about publishers. while banning i not even received a
warning email from google.but google is playing the good game. When i
was not banned 13 members joined under google adsense through my
refferal button. Now does the google do the same thing with the 13
members who joined under me.When you did invalid click activity you
should be banned then itself.but google is banning after one or two
months. And after banning  ,google is saying that it will return the
money  to respective advertisers.but i don't know they are keeping the
money in their own pocket.

Thanks Kupotek. But excuese me did google mention that those websites
have traffic they only can participate.Nor else they mentioned about
invalid click activity. It is very hard to bring traffic to your
website. But each and every publisher is not sucessful when they started
publishing. They were not sucessful in the begining.Today they are
experienced thats why they get a lot of traffic. And today they know
very well how to bring traffic to their websites.they know the
techniques and what tools to use.I am saying all this because i am
complete begginer. It will take time for me to learn the techniques to
know how to bring traffic to my website. The only thing i want to say is
from outside google kept a desire for publishers that u can earn this
much amount.but when they enter inside they will not be kept for not
more than six months .there account will be disabled for which they did
not do any mistake.at last they will return with sad faces. People
always care for the best.but when the best is not supportive for them
they will throw it under waste.

We are poor but when we are given a piece of work we do
it honestly. But today there is no value for honesty. My account was
disabled for ivalid click activity if i want to do such a thing i use
to reach $100 in my first month first day  itself. My account used to
fill up with dollars.why would i take so much time(four months) to
reach $100. I am saying all this for google's good. google should
change their policy.one should raise voice against this program
policy.google will ban how many people? 61,000
,1,00000,2000000,etc.,atlast there will be nobody to work for google.
because at that time any body won't believe in this program .i already
got cheated in many programs.  www.ad-placer.com  www.virtpay.com  ,
www.autoclix.com .any body can join me in this conversation.

I also had same issue...I sent mail but got no reply.. Someone
purposely generated invalid clicks on my webpage ads but my account got
banned without any warning !!

I Dont Understand Why Account Permanently Ban Punishment Is There As
Every Time Publisher is Not Responsible For Generating Invalid Clicks !

Some Suggestions : Why its not like :

1) Generate Warning Mail And Inform To Publisher..Filter Invalid Clicks
And Dont Pay For That

2) Goin Further If Invalid Clicks Continues Make Accoutn Balance To
Zero

3) Display NO Ads where invalid clicks generated ie. javascript code
will generate no Advertise for that specific webpage URL on which
invalid clicks generated this is equal to Webpage Ban but option open
to display ads on other websites / webpages..

4) Last Option To Ban Account If Invalid Clicks Continues...

Dont You Think That This Will Keep Happy To All Adsense, Adword
Advertiser And ads Publisher  ?

Is is fair to ban account permanently without any Notification or alert
as anyone can do it with anyone account ?

If  it is applicable only for small websites or for those who dont have
much trafic on there websites then why Google Approve such applications
?

You were right mahesh.can you give your link.We all publishers should
make union and raise voice against google adsense. google should change
their rules.Google is giving preference to top publishers. This system
should change.

Ok..

Our account just got terminated today. There was a list of reasons but
nothing specific. Invalid clicks I believe ? .. Is there a way to
prevent that, if someone does it intentionally to sink the ship ? ..

Freinds..

Our accounts are getting terminated for reasons, of which, we are not
aware ! .. We are not being warned and not given a chance to prove our
stance and honesty ..

Let us rise against this evil, and bring back peace to us publishers. I
will be very unhappy if the Google Authorities does not provide us with
a solution.

We are a bunch of college kids who are trying to make the internet a
better place and at the same time, trying to bring our country to the
front line, giving it a little more highlight to the whole world.. but
how do we support it ? our beer money isnt really enough to pay for
hosting and other softwares that comes along the way..

Mr.Adsense, take a look into this matter and give us a solution !

WE DEMAND JUSTICE !

I think they (adsense) should first warn instead of directly banning a
publisher.
They should at least explain in detail, the reasons for banning.
I think google feels it has no competition.. and might is right.
I had a high opinion of google until now.

Hi,
I think u r very correct. Even my account on
www.NewIndianModels.com was terminated just bcos of some jealous people

clicking on the ads to get the account terminated.

Are there no moderators from Google watching these messages ???

This is a really bad situation and your compititors can easily get your

account terminated by repeatedly clicking on Google ads on your site.
Thats the best way to kill competition for bad people.

I think quick and serious action needs to be taken on this issue.

Manish

I am also extremely disappointed that after three years of being loyal
to google, being a champion, in fact of google, advising my community
of users to watch the content in their posts so we wouldn't get
associated with 'bad sites'.

even after 3 years, of good placement, and lots of effort in marinating
the account I rarely got over 100 a month (had it on more than one
site, the search seemed to be the most effective BTW).

I got the door shut in my face: slammed on my face and accused of
,basically dishonesty.

The site this program benefited was a non-profit, volunteer driven site
that promoted the arts.

I was floored at both the accusation and the refusal to further look
into the matter.
------------------I guess that's not what google is anymore, google
has
changed...

--we as publishers should not be permanently banned
--We SHOULD be warned...
---The Clicks in questions should not be applied...and publisher should
be warned...3 strikes and your out
-better yet we should track down where they are coming from.
--------------------

Some bitter truths

And folks, I also work for an SEO company (completely unrelated to my
volunteer work with the non-profit sector) and I gotta tell
you...Google already skims a percentage based on an average of what
they think might be fraud. So you always get less...no big deal...until
they accuse YOU of being dishonest.

-Someone mentioned competitors clicking on your site to get you
banned.
This is a very real scenario unfortunately. However, it mostly occurs
when a competitor of a particular business clicks on another
business in order to use up their account so that they can bump them
from display).
(if you buy adwords you have a base amount of 'clicks' purchased, once
those clicks are used up, you don't show up) Got that?

-There seems to be no understanding or comprehension in Googles part
given to the use of firewall IP's in schools, institutions or even the
small towns of many ISPs.

--Something Should be done:

If, Google keeps forgetting about the little guy (who built google
really and made it where it is today? ) Then they will lose our
confidence.

With Yahoo/MSN and a slew of new adword programs across the web now. It
seems that Google not only is pushing its people and original followers
OUT but challenging
them to do so.

--fine, challenge accepted.
