usually right-clicking the ad and displaying properties (IE6 & 7
anyway) shows the complete destination url for text ads.

Image and Video ads, on the other hand,  contain encrypted info and
make it impossible to determine the destination url without clicking
the ad. The preview tool doesn't seem to show video or image ads
either.
