Am I Violating Policies?

I see... Believe it or not, i did not do this on purpose... We
modified a content management system, and when you clikc on "turn on
adsens in index page" it just happens to put adsense right there! Very
dumb way of developing cms system. I fixed this.. I guess im
stupider for not noticing....

you are, in all honesty, doing things in the wrong order.

First, you build a web site, generate decent traffic and get a regular
user base, then you worry about monetizing it. Build a better web
site, then concern yourself with ads on it...when you create a web
site and you actually get an inquiry from a visitor about advertising

That page would be left blank, free of adsense ads just like the
others. So that should be fine I think.

So you are saying as long as I do not display ads on those pages, and
leave the search box pages free of adsense ads, I would not be
breaking the copyright issues stated in the TOS about results pages?

I had exams a while back so I put the site on hold, and have been too
busy with other things (like contacting google...) to update it.
that's why there is little information on it.

I never said I was the only one, how would I know who else gets
phished? And for an update, Google has yet to respond, it's really
frustrating that they refuse to at least tell me why my account was

The important issue is whether or not the site adds value although
part, maybe a large part, of that determination seems to be what
percentage of original content there is to total content.

Also, Hubpages aren't going to tell you if you have a problem with
AdSense or not so their not saying anything wouldn't surprise me.

It shouldn't take more than 24 to 48 hours for the bots to crawl the
site and see the changes.

It could be that they don't get enough traffic for Google to notice or
for their accounts to come under review.

I have noticed though that sites in the language it appears your site
in have just recently started being reviewed so it may be that people
have just been enjoying a long "grace period" that is now over.

One problem I see with putting it on the web search is that there
really isn't any content on the page other than the search widget.

The "Web" search results is a typical CSE results page so you should
have no problem just linking that to your AdSense account.

The other search results definitely wouldn't work because again, no

display of ads

I didn't look at your page, but I did now...I now see why your ads are
not targeted, your section targeting is really destroying your
relevancy...you have section targeting around your navigation, and in
some cases around nothing but sloppy HTML tags with no content...

If I was you, I would put a section targeting "start" and "end" around

Only 4 or 5. You choose the size of the box in which the link unit is
to be placed. If you choose 728x15 wide you can have them all in one
line. If you choose taller ones (say 180 or 160 x 90) they are listed
one below the other.
