blog post by guillermo says "additionally, topics such as sexual health
& sexual tips may be held to a higher standard of professionalism than
content that isn't bordering on mature."do it means that "sex tips"
is not adult.i've blog [link]http://modern-kamasutra.blogspot.com[/
link] that doesn't contain any image or video for that matter.but ads
just vanished from there.some days back i accidently clicked one of
ads & after that day ads have vanished.what's the reason.if latter is
the one then is there any way i can contact & convince google to
reconsider my blog. if earlier one is the then how can any publisher
target those "dating tips","dating sites" refferals.got any idea thank

Yes, sex tips will be treated as adult content and you should avoid
it.

I think sex tips is adult content. Read my blog for more tips on adult
contents.

Hi all,

What Guillermo was trying to highlight in his post is that sex tips
and sexual health are borderline topics, which may be considered adult
(and therefore unacceptable) in some cases, and not adult (and
acceptable) in others. Unfortunately it's tough to be more specific
than this, but I can give you some examples of the distinction.

A casually written blog about someone's cooking lessons, for example,
would probably be acceptable in the AdSense network, while a casually
written blog about someone's personal sex tips probably wouldn't be
acceptable. This is what Guillermo meant by a "higher standard of
professionalism" for borderline adult content sites. On the other
hand, sexual health advice as part of a medical support site would
likely be considered health-related or educational instead of adult.

To reiterate Guillermo's last tip: "While it's not a sure test, we
sometimes suggest that publishers ask themselves the following
questions to determine if content is family-safe: Would I be
comfortable viewing this content with my parents or children in the
same room?"

Does that help clarify?
-Jordan

Dating websites differ from sex tips websites because they promote
relationship-building instead of reproduction. No one on this planet
has a problem with building a problem, but plenty have a problem with
a relationship's most private (and age specific) moments plastered on
the internet.
