Hola,
Quisiera saber si en una misma pagina puedo tener 2 bloques de anuncios
de cuentas diferentes. Esto es: 1 bloque de anuncios adsense usando mi
cuenta y otro bloque de anuncios adsense de otra cuenta de un amigo
?????

El limite es de tres bloques de anuncios por pagina, no encontre una
mencion que limite la cantidad de cuentas.

Agrego una duda mia a la tuya, es posible alternar el google_ad_client
con otras personas, en la misma pagina, porque esas personas van a
necesitar mostrar un sitio para registrarse  y no lo van a tener...

Siempre y cuando el sitio en cuestión cumpla con nuestras políticas,
http://www.google.com/adsense/policies, y el propietario te de permiso
para poner tu código en su sitio web, adelante. Pero recuerda que sois
los editores los responsables de dónde se está publicando vuestro
código, por lo que si vuestro código aparece en un sitio que no
cumple con nuestras polítcas, os pediremos que lo quitéis del sitio
en cuestión.
