I run adsense and do not make too much off of it. I do make enough to
get a payment (over $100) sent every few months though. I think that
it would be nice that instead of waiting for my payment to be sent,
that there was the opportunity to donate some/all of my adsense
earnings to charity. While ideally it would be best to have total
control over where the money is sent, I think even if the charity the
funds would be sent to were controlled (like we could only donate to
United Way) it would still be an improvement over the current system.
I think this would even make it more likely for those who do not have
a lot of traffic to monetize their websites with google adsense, as
they know whatever funds they receive will be donated to charity!
Any thoughts on this?
