Can we get a status report on when you will have all of the data
restored? So far you keep saying it will happen but never saying when
or if you will tell us. Also, that thread isn't much good if we can't
post in it.

This reporting issue has now been fixed, so you should now see all of
your missing data from yesterday in your account. (We've also
reflected this update on our Known Issues page at
https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=92365 .)
I'll leave this thread pinned to the top of this category for another
day, to make sure more forum members see this update.
Thank you all again for your continued patience, and our team
sincerely apologizes for the delay.

My numbers for yesterday appear very normal at this point. It would
appear you have successfully restored the data, I was skeptical that
you would be able to do it. Good job.
It would probably be a good idea to build yourselves a monitoring
system that would sample site statistics and alarm when a high
percentage of sites are showing abnormal stats. This would be right
up your alley, I'm surprised you don't have it in place already.
But again, good job. A potential mountainous disaster becomes a mole
hill.

Yes, I noticed lower earnings on (obviously May 6th), May 7th and now
on May 8th they also appear less than what they usually are. I am not
angry at Google (as some folks appear to be), but I hope this is
something Google will eventually fix.

I didn't notice that. I only noticed my account was showing only 5
impression for nearly whole day. That made me really worry because my
site just got PR3 to PR4. I thought that would only increase traffic,
not losing all traffic like what AdSense reported.
Anyway, it's back to normal now, so thanks Google Team for keeping it
running.

However I do not believe all the missing info has been restored to my
account. Most suspicious is the data from Monday, May 5th. The metrics
for that day are 15 to 25% below the previous Mondays since April 1
and the click through rate of 3.79% is the lowest in 2008! Monday's
historically are the best day of the week for me so having the year's
lowest CTR appear on a Monday (and 25% below the previous four days)
is quite telling.

This is my worst week of the year and started on Monday (worst ever as
well).
I can understand a crash of the reporting system, but please Stephanie
don't close this case saying "the issue is resolved"... I am not happy
knowing that my earning reports are more than 50% lower of what they
used to be and perceiving a closed case on your end.

Stephanie, there still appears to be an issue. My earnings for that
haven't restored and they are ridiculously low. And after that day ,
it is showing very low clicks and earnings on the same number of
impressions. Why suddenly clicks and earnings have dropped?...there
has to be an issue.

I'm experiencing the same the last few days. Despite what some forum
veterans might deduce, something other than mere "bid" prices appear
to be affecting my numbers. I've had success will AdSense for over a
year now, with monthly totals consistantly growing over the months as
I've expanded my websites, however both my impressions and earnings
continue to decline each day this week.

I believe the issue is not resolved yet. I'm from Malaysia, yesterday
my impressions have declined 50%. Today is even worst, the site I earn
most normally doesn't get even get 1 click within last 17 hours.
Can somebody from Google pls help... just in case you need an example
in order to look into the problem, my adsense account is
ooi.onlinebusinessalliance(dot)com. Thanks in advance.
I cannot believe that anything is "back to normal". Now that the
report for Friday, May 09 is in, my stats show me the the following
for these two periods:
Tue, Apr 29 - Fri, May 02
Tue, May 06 - Fri, May09

It means that since the incident on Tuesday (GMT+1) that Google has
acknowledged, I have lost 51% of my income. If there were no very
significant modifications to Google's search algorithm, how can this
be explained? Is there a similar situation with Google's earnings too?
