We want to help new publishers get started with AdSense and, to this
end, have started a series of posts dedicated to helping you learn
more about the programme. You can find these posts every Friday on the
Inside AdSense blog. As you may notice, we have already posted three
handy tips, which you can find under the 'Newbie' label. There are
more posts to come, so I'd encourage you to check out the blog and
improve your AdSense knowledge:
Well, there was much hues and cries about the 'Newbie Central'. But, I
think, even after Newbie Central has come into place, there was still
doubts all over even for Novice publishers. Well, there could be
exceptions as well. But it wasnt successful as expected.
Then, Inside Adsense has always been delivering the 'hot n happenings'
in the Adsense arena. Hope this new 'handy tips' on fridays from
INside Adsense stays 'handy' as well.

The primary problem, I think, with the newbies is the fact that it
would be virtually impossible for Google to make enough tutorials,
demo and handholding text direction to cover every possible scenario
in every possible editor on every possible host. Many people seem to
be either incapable, or unwilling, to use a little common sense or
personal gumption to figure stuff out, they simply want play by play,
step by step instructions about how to do the most basic things...
I don't think Google will ever have "adequate" documentation in some
people's eyes.
