币种不是最重要的，如果能采用人民币支付自然可以给发布者减少不少麻烦。 至于支付手段，国内银行转帐无疑是上策，只要google愿意通过国内银行来转帐，那么发布者自然会很满意。
如果依然要通过国外银行支付，可以通过自由选择的支付方式，比如西联汇款，google checkout或者paypal等等，这是中策。
不采取任何变动，则是下策。
一个相关的问题，就是税收，中国的个人工资以外的收入还是自行申报的，如果Google要代扣可能也是个问题。
这一切似乎取决于Google的态度和本地化的决心，发布者的意见不影响决策。

强烈支持AdSense本地化，我现在收支票要去很远的银行。加上银行托收时间比较长，浪费了时间和金钱。。GG的支付本地化对大部分人来说是很好的， 不过我觉得也应该给用户多重选择，原来的支付方式建议保留。

我支持AdSense支付本地化，通过国内银行转帐是最理想的办法。不过不知道支付本地化需要我们AdSenser缴纳百分之多少个人所得税（当然应该 由Google带缴）。不过为了加快Google本地化进程，促进Google AdSense在中国的发展，我想支付必须要本地化，而且越早越好，希 望Google中国官方尽快构建出本地化支付方案，将难题一一化解，实现支付本地化。新的一年了，效率应该提高了，请Google努力，做出一套能使广 大Google AdSenser 都满意的高效率的支付方案。谢谢 Google AdSense 小组的努力。谢谢大家。

肯定支持的了，中国这边许多部门都很差劲的 首先要收PIN，而许多地区的邮局很不负责，邮件丢失事件是很正常的。
然后支票托收，某些银行收费很高，达到百元以上。虽然一般的几十元就能搞定，但是某些小地方银行很少，如果不支持托收或者手续费高昂，那站长也没办法。
就算去外地去办理，来会车费也要好几十块钱。
中国许多地区还是很落后的，并且中国的邮局、银行部门，在某些地区也都是很黑的，所以Google改善一下AdSense支付手段，这是许多站长都会支
持的。
至于支付手段，可以找相关的银行谈谈，如果感觉有困难，也可以考虑Paypal之类的。或者干脆在中国推广google checkout，把
checkout打造得跟支付宝一样，也是可以的。
总之，AdSense的支付方式确实应该修改一下了，这是为广大站长做了实事！

能否本地化是个问题.中国的外汇管理一直很板(这也是我们外汇储备能在20年内拿到那么多积累的重要原因吧!),而且通过第三放渠道支付 产生的费用是巨大的(gg光每年都不知道省了多少费用). 还有gg是否愿意受中国政府的牵制也是一个很重要的因素.单从技术上.google的搜索问题,都被百度在中央的后台牵制的那么死.如果 关系到那么多资金直接进来中国,会否对发布商的资金安全造成更大的风险他们也需要评估. 上几楼提到的个人所得税问题.中国政府的税收制度那么落后,google难以跟地税很好的沟通合作,反倒为自己增加了很多麻 烦,google知道自己太有名气来,来中国的话,所有的发布商一定会被税局紧盯不放,所有的合作商信息都会被强行充公(以前一个日本客户的陶瓷样品曾 经就被充公过,那种高高在上的的态度,怕怕啊).我想google也不愿意吧!!真要本地话我就宁愿跟几个发布商在香港租个房子,让google把支票 邮寄到那边算了. 如果AdSense支付本地化，比如直接用银行系统支付人民币，那么我们需要了解问题： 1.广告点击价格是否还是以美元计算，只有在支付时兑换成人民币； 2.是否需要交所得税； 如果以上问题不利于发布商，我还是选用收美金，但要加快支付速度，比如用西联汇款等。

听说这个讨论,俺一路小跑来支持一下! 现在付款太麻烦了,我的很多朋友都是因为这个问题没有做GOOGLE的广告,身边出现N次支票搞丢的情况. 具体支付的方式 本地银行汇款最好,方便,支付一点税款也是可以接受的.
美圆的话,google能帮助代办国际信用卡也可以.
