Are there any plans to open up this API to pages with less than 100k hits per month?

I have a business that would benefit greatly from a revenue sharing
from dynamic adsense ads. Just curious, totally understand if there
are no plans to open the api fully.

Hi Mark,

I think Google should consider or provide simple user interface for
websites which deals with specific language. I am running my own
language portal and it would be very easy for me to attract lot more
writers if I start sharing my revenue. Especially with new and young
writers.
