Unfortunately, there's no way of adding any reporting data to sandbox accounts. The only thing I can suggest is building a mock of the service and working from there.

Obviously calling generate for an account with no data does not produce a meaningful report.

It's my understanding that ads created for sandbox accounts are not actually generated, so the data from page impressions and so on does not accumulate.

Even if that understanding is incorrect and data can be accumulated via sandbox ads, it would be convenient to be able to avoid having to manually create a number of ad tags, embed them in test pages, refresh the pages, click the ads, etc.
