We got "User does not have an AdSense account"

After authorising their AdSense account using PHP OAuth (NOT service) we got an error that "User does not have an AdSense account.".

This makes no sense logically.

Here's a backtrace

Hi,

Try testing the account to make sure that it works outside of code. Go into incognito mode and use the APIs explorer:

https://developers.google.com/adsense/management/v1.4/reference/accounts/list#try-it

Authenticate and try to fetch accounts list

If that works, make sure you are connecting to the API using that account

It's not our account (it belongs to a client), but we have found that this happens with one of our accounts if the user that authenticated has been invited as an administrator (i.e. is not the user that *started* the account..

So this may be the reason.

How would we allow anyone on the account to allow this?
