No "developer_emailValue" and "developer_passwordValue" properties in v3AccountService

I am using this sample code for creating accounts
however i seem not to find "developer_emailValue" and
"developer_passwordValue" properties in v3AccountService

i am using this web reference

Hello C. Lab,

'developer_email' and 'developer_password' are included as header
elements, as described in the following page of the documentation:
http://code.google.com/apis/adsense/host/developer/index.html#adsense_api_intro_authentication

The relevant section is "Setting Request Headers".
