An App for better controlling which ads are served / Looking for developer if no app exists

Is there a google adsense app that uses the API to allow users to specify types of ads that can be served. For example, if I ran a Catholic website and wanted google adsense ads to only show ads related to catholic services or ads referencing specific catholic websites, would that be possible?

Hi there,

I'm afraid the Management API is read-only, and its purpose is simply to retrieve your inventory data, as well as to run reports. You cannot in any way control which ads are shown using the API.
