AdSense API documentation doclet

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this so please let me know
if there is somewhere else on google code to ask these kinds of
questions.

Is the doclet that was used to generate the API documentation for
AdSense and AdWords available as open source? Some older posts
mention that it was planned to be available: http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5234361
