AdSense Host api and AdMob

Hi,
I have a publisher with a Google AdSense account that uses AdMob. He says that his account is active, but after the association with our host account, the api request Accounts:get always returns "pending" as the account status.
I remember that was not possible to associate an AdSense account using AdMob with the host Api, maybe something has changed?
The id of this publisher is: pub-4193149968481504

sadly not; this has turned out to be much more detailed than anticipated and will likely take a while to fix.
