Account for Testing Reporting

Hi,

I managed to get the createAccount working, and I've created accounts,
however I really want to be developing reporting. However I can't get
my created accounts to work for reporting.

Are their publisher IDs, developer emails and passwords to test out
reporting?

The thing is, my main purpose of the API will be to generate reports,
so I cannot show anything to the API team.

I am afraid that I will be denied the application.

If I explain what I want to do without any real implementation, is
that good enough?

The AdSense API Terms (http://code.google.com/apis/adsense/
terms.html ) outline the minimum functionalities that must be met to
use the API in section III-2-g. In short, it is against the Terms to
use the AdSense API only to pull reports.
