We recommend that you save the &lt;br&gt; reporting portion of your implementation until the rest of it has gone &lt;br&gt; live.   Approval status is account-wide. Client IDs for ContentAds and &lt;br&gt; SearchAds contain different prefixes, but are tied to the same &lt;br&gt; account.   The code for associating accounts is returning error in sandbox &lt;br&gt; environment. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;The issue is as follows: &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;When we create new publisher accounts in sandbox we are not setting &lt;br&gt; zipcode and phone number. &lt;br&gt; Also in sandbox no email goes out to created publisher&#39;s email for him &lt;br&gt; to submit zipcode and phone number.
