Custom Adsense credentials

I would like to modify an open-source browser to display google search
results with a specific Adsense credentials, what features from the
AdSense API I need to use to do what I want.

Is the adsense account id included in the ad url itself, if so I can
rewrite urls specific to adsense so that I can replace the id with
mine.

What you are proposing is explicitly against AdSense Program Policies.
