Adroit 1.2 - Major Update

After Adroit 1.1 was released, I realized there was a bit of re-
structuring and development that was needed to get some of the main
features I wanted into the framework. Its been a few months since I
started that work, but its ready now. For anyone that has been using
previous versions, this is a major step forward, but does involve some
large changes, such as re-organization of model and controller
packages, as well as some new introductions such as action filters,
url routing, and automatic crud handling.
