CS3 Registering - again and again and again.

Sorry if this question has already been asked. Am using CS3 which for some strange reason over the past few weeks has been asking me to register the product whenever the application is opened although I have already registered it. How do I prevent this from happening please? I am the only user (hence the administrator) on a Windows XP Pro SP3 machine.
