Slideshows with music tracks

Working with XP, PS CS4 and Lightroom 2+

Is there any way of adding a music track to my slideshows or do I have to get other software to do this?

If so, any recommendations for freeware (It's a one off thing.)

Premiere Elements.

And why would you think that PS & LR would/should be able to do that?
