Can Actions be Added to CS4???

Just got CS4...and cannot figure out where to find and how to add actions, such as framing actions, etc. Thanks.

I don't have CS4, but the usual place would be the Photoshop Actions folder inside the Presets folder in Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS4\Presets, for instance.

If you want the pre-installed ones (which include frames) they are in the drop-down menu in the Actions Panel.
Yes we have to call them Panels Now!

thanks, but there are just two or three in there...in cs3 I coould go to a number of websites, download actions and then install..can't seem to find more for cs4.....

there are just two or three in there...
There are seven groups each containing a dozen or more actions.
If that's not enough go to Adobe Exchange or record your own!
