Can I please have some help
Sure you can, but not without further info. Please be more specific. Do you run as administrator? What type of computer? Processor? RAM? Drives? Graphics? any other Adobe apps on the system?

What versions of the programs? Adobe Reader 8 is known to cause conflicts on some systems, so it may be a good idea to remove it and get 9 (if that's not already the case). Regardless of that, you can still use the CS4Clean utilities to unregister existing installs. this should allow you to pope PS onto sour system without problems.
