WHEN I CHOOSE OUTPUT IN THE PRINT COMMAND ON CS4 THE " TRANSFER " FUNCTION IS GRAYED OUT ALONG WITH INTERPOLATION. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN IN CS3. WAS THERE A CHANGE WITH FUNCTION IS CS4 ????

You have to be printing to a PostScript enabled printer for these functions to show up....have you changed printers?
