reinstalling ps cs2

originally i had ps7, then cs upgrade, then cs2 upgrade have all the disks and numbers am going to a new computer do i have to install ps7 then cs then cs2?
or can i just install cs2 (since its an upgrade will it install with no other photoshops already on the computer?

2nd question will i need to call adobe or will it activate ok since i believe you can use two computers with the license

Deactivate it on the old computer and install it. Have the earlier CD
and serial number handy for verification.

i dont actually need to install the earlier version
just have to provide the serial when asked, yes?

Deactivate it. It takes 5 seconds to do.

And no, you don't need to install the old versions. Just have the CD and
serial number for verification.
