Transferring Rights From Original Purchaser To New Owner

I am considering buying a copy of PS6 with CS2 upgrade, both on original disk. Since you can't use them on multiple computers, what needs to be done to transfer rights over to the new owner?

click that link... you need to fill out a transfer of ownership form and get it to adobe to make this happen.

I believe it's the seller that needs to fill it out.
