Where are measurement scales stored?

I need to reinstall Photoshop CS4 extended, but want to save the measurement scales I have set up. How do I do that? Thanks.

I mean the measurement scales that you can set up under the Analysis menu in the Extended version.

They are not stored with the name that you give them but are encoded into:
User/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop CS4 Settings/Measurement Scales.psp
