I have version 8 Photoshop and Mac system 10.3.9 computer. I have Epson 1670 scanner and HP Deskset D4260 PRINTER.I am unable to click on the IMAGE,SELECT
and FILTER settings on my tool bar. In addition, I am unable to click on Photoshop selection under HELP. Plus I am unable to IMPORT my scanner in the FILE column.
How do I reactivate these settings?Thank you.

first thing I would do is trash prefs.
this is covered in the FAQs if you don't know how.
