PhotoDeluxe 3.0 freezes with AOL on Windows XP

I used PhotoDeluxe 3.0 with my old Dell Latitude Windows Millenium computer just fine. Now with my new Dell Dimension 5100 Windows XP computer if I am running AOL and try to launch PhotoDeluxe 3.0 it freezes up. If I turn off AOL the PhotoDeluxe 3.0 continues to load, but when I try to save a picture I get a 3-5 minute delay then a box that tells me "BROWSER APPLICATION CAN NOT BE STARTED". When I click OK I then am allowed to save the picture but the same thing happens when I try to save the next picture and so on. I assume there has been a change in windows XP from the earlier Millenium version. Can anyone help me? thanks kent
