Assistance Creating a JS Print Alert

I have a document that needs to be printed duples (2 sided).
I would like to create an alert that informs the user that the
document is intended to be printed on both sides of a sheet and they
need to adjust their printer settings to do so.
Can someone assist?

Create PDF/A-1b compliant files

I have tried to convert several MSWord files to PDF/A-1b even using
preflight to analise and correct errors. So far I have not been able
to convert any of them successfully. I get these errors and do not
know where to correct them or change the settings they refer to.

Not able to place the Address ( house address) object. I get the
following error:
This object has settings that this for does not support. These
settings are removed when the object is placed on the form.
