I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 7.0. I don't use this program often and would appreciate a step-by-step on how to remove chunks of a large PDF and save them as a separate, smaller PDF. I'm trying to split up a 1,800-page PDF.

Look at the menus Document > Extract Pages... and Document > Delete Pages...
