Subject: Update on Ad Approval and Support Inquiries
Hello All,

We wanted to reach out to all of our advertisers with regards to
recent ad submissions to our network as well as questions that have
been sent to supp...@admob.com. You may have noticed a slight delay in
the amount of time it takes for ads to be approved and responses to
inquiries you may have sent. We have updates for both below:

Ad Submissions:
The majority of ads that were submitted to our network have now been
approved. Any ad campaigns that were set to run are now active.

We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing AdMob to reach
your mobile advertising goals. Please note that in the future it may
take up to 2 business days for ads to be approved by our system.

Questions sent to supp...@admob.com:
We have been getting a number of related questions over the last few
days. Therefore, we wanted to take this opportunity to refer you to
some resources that will help answer the top three inquiries we have
gotten.

1.      How long does Ad Approval take?

It may take up to 2 business days for ads to be approved.

You can also take a few steps to ensure a smooth approval process for
your ads:
A. Please review our content guidelines which can be found here:
http://www.admob.com/home/content_guidelines
B. Ensure the ad landing page mobile optimized

We would also refer you to the following post for additional
questions:
http://groups.google.com/group/admob-advertiser-discuss/browse_thread...

2.      Why was my ad rejected?
Ads are typically not approved for one of the following reasons:

A. The ad text, image, or landing page did not meet our content
guidelines
B. The ad was not formatted for display on a mobile device
C. The ad landing page contained Flash on it. We are unable to approve
such ads because the majority of today’s mobile devices do not have
the ability to render flash.
D. The landing page does not contain content or the URL was input
incorrectly

3.      Why am I getting an e-mail saying my budget has been depleted? I do
not see the statistics for my ad campaign.

Ad performance statistics may not be immediately available in the
“Ads” section of your account. It can take up to 90 minutes for the ad
statistics to fully update.

*Please note that any questions related to the above inquires will not
be responded to directly.
We encourage you to use our help center and forums for quicker
response to your inquiries.

Again, we appreciate your business and thank you for choosing AdMob to
help you reach your Mobile Advertising needs. If you are unable to
find answers to your questions at the resources included below do not
hesitate to e-mail us at supp...@admob.com. We would be happy to
assist.

Is it only me but Advertizing on Mobile phone generates a lot of lead.

But I would say none of those leads converts.. None of them buy because they
don't have a credit cards or money.. This is a disaster !!!

What do you think?

With you in success,

Hi all,

Please know that if your ad isn't approved it is automatically deleted
from within your AdMob account. There are many reasons why the ad is
removed from within your account:
1. We don't want an account to show all ads - approved and
disapproved. In some cases, this may clutter an advertisers account
and can also make the reporting more difficult to understand.
2. We want to ensure that when you are creating your ad(s) you have
selected all the appropriate preference with regards to targeting,
bid, etc
3. Ad creation is extremely easy and it isn't difficult to recreate
your ad with our tools

Also, please know that all reporting for your recently run ads will be
available in your account within 90 minutes.

Cheers,
AdMob Support
