Hello ,

Thank you for your inquiry. To delete your AdMob account and obtain a
refund of any remaining balances, please sign in to your account and
navigate to the Account Information page - http://www.admob.com/my_account/account_info.
From here, you can select the "Cancel this Account" option. A payment
for any remaining advertiser and publisher balances will be paid out
within normal delays. Please ensure that you have the necessary
payment information on file on your Payment Details page so that we're
able to pay these balances out to you.

Best regards,

AdMob Support

I have sent several followup emails asking, how long will it take to
receive the refund and no one is getting back to me. I cannot log into
my account to see what is going on because I was told to close it.

I feel a little like a fish out of water due to the lack of
communication on this issue; so, I decided to come to this group to
research and found others were having similar problems.

Please instruct me on what I should do at this point.

Thank,
Sonay

Hi Sonay,

We hope to have all refunds for recently-deleted accounts processed
and sent out very soon. You aren't required to delete your account to
obtain a refund, but if you delete your account, the remaining
advertiser balance will be refunded to you.

Best,

AdMob Support

Ok, it has been almost another month. And still no refund; what is going on here?

Thanks,
Sonay

Hello Sonay,

We regularly process refunds for deleted accounts. If you haven't
received your refund by now, please contact sup...@admob.com and
we'll look into the status of the refund. When a credit card order is
older than 60 days, we are sometimes unable to reverse the original
credit card transaction, and instead we issue a payment via PayPal to
the account's email address. Whether your refund is processed by
reversing the original credit card transaction or by issuing a PayPal
payment, you'll receive a notification sent to your account email
address.

Best,

AdMob Support

Please remove my email address from your list and unsubscrive me from
your group. I keep getting to many unwanted emails. Aren't you
supposed to have an unsubscrive link on the bottom of your mail? This
seems to be a huge problem.
I can't get unsubscribed and I'm told there is no such group. I try to
find you but can't.
