Oracle Support with Web Center and ADF?

Have you seen the new Oracle Support Site?

It seems to be Web Center with ADF.

My first impression is that it is much better and more responsive than
before.

Can anybody share more information about how it is developed?

I don't know about the WebCenter part, but it is an ADF 11g site.  Shay Shmeltzer had a short post about the team that put together the new application:

I agree - the ADF/HTML site does seem a bit 'snappier' than the prior Flash-based version - and the UI is entirely (or 'nearly entirely' that I've noticed) consistent with the previous Flash-based application.

It is partially WebCenter. When you click on the Customize Page link it will bring you to the Composer with the Resource Catalog functionality of WebCenter.

So at least the customization functionality of WebCenter is integrated into the application.
