Suggestions for updates to ADF Coding Standards

Well, I've finally got round to publishing the coding standards doc on
the Wiki (it was not as tricky to convert from Word as I'd expected).

This was from a doc I wrote prior to OOW (and that Rob kindly
presented) which basically summarised many of the comments made on
this discussion forum over the summer. It needs further work though -
especially in the area of task flows now that 11g is in production and
more people are using it.

Perhaps when group members get time they can review it and post
suggestions for discussion in this thread. Then one of us can batch up
the improvements and perhaps do an update to the Wiki in a couple of
months.
