We must stop this theiving fraudulent company.  I have just noticed that they have taken our home page photo and given the cultivar a name.  If you look carefully you will see the copyright symbol and Ashish's name underneath.  Some people have placed bids for seeds of this which has never been realeased.

I would urge anyone who has dealt with these frauds to contact PayPal and demand your money refunded as there is no way any of their seeds could possibly be from the parents they say they are.

What exactly is 'Spoiler'.  Was it hand painted by someone who has never seen an adenium?  They can't be seriously expecting us to believe that they have seeds of this.

David -

I stopped looking at this guys photos, but you're 100% correct.  I have reported this violation to ebay through their Vero program and will follow-up with you to let you know what happens there.  I will keep plugging away to see if we can get ebay to recognize our Group or the WAS so that we can file complaints as a Group, but I am not overly optimistic about this.  I hope members continue to report problems to alert others if nothing else.

If the owner of the photo complains the auction is likely to be taken down straight away.  It’s not realistic to expect eBay to act on third party complaints.

I agree, Chris, that the owner should be the one to complain, however, if that is not happening, it only takes a few seconds to report a problem.  I referred them to the posted page of the Adenium Group.  I continue to attempt to reach somebody who will allow us to have some imput about not only stolen photos, but phonies too.  I don't mind the little time it takes to do this and know it is not likely to be successful.

I also continue to urge anybody who has had photos stolen to report this to ebay.  It can be done right from the auction page now since ebay has a place on the right-hand side of the listing to "report item".  Let's band together to frustrate these guys and get ebay to police their listings.

You are correct, Chris, & I know I have a low chance of success by me as an individual, but I'll continue to plug away nonetheless.  I just can't stand thieves.
