Facebook Overriding Adblock?

Hello!

I just thought I'd put it out there that it seems as though Facebook
are overriding Adblock on Chrome, as I keep seeing these so called
'sponsored' listings in the Right-hand pane. There's enough of a mess
on my news feed as it is with friends and games popping up everywhere,
without them chucking all this in, cheeky beggars! :p

I hope they're not overriding Adblock, it's a wicked invention, one
that I like a lot!
