I've been trying to look at Chris's presentation all afternoon:

And after slide 10, no slides show up, just continual loading animated gifs...

I tried to create an account (so I could download the slides), but the
captcha they use in the create account process also isn't loading!

Are there any alternate ways to view the presentation?  Is there a PDF
somewhere?
