Full Activity Entry Examples miss actor and verb element?

Hi!

I'm reading Atom Activity Streams specification and I've two questions about examples listed at the end (B.1. Full Activity Entry Examples - http://activitystrea.ms/specs/atom/1.0/#examples.full):

1. The first example does not contains actor element, is it correct? The person is only mentioned in title and content element.
2. The second example does not include the verb element. There is an actor, an object and the target, but no verb, is "post" default verb value?
