Hello,

does anyone have pointers how the AS Specifications deals with different scopes of activities?

In concrete:
1. How to represent personal activities of users to a public audience?
2. Are there thoughts to use an attribute "public" or "private"? Or, are these scopes somehow derived from the "followers" of a user (where there might be a "virtual" public follower attached to some activities)

Thanks for feedback,

Patrick

Ok, sorry, I just see that the questions are dealt with in: http://activitystrea.ms/specs/json/targeting/1.0/

However, an activity stream might be interesting for "guests" or "anonymous visitors", besides of registered users of the network. I think that relates to:

3.1.  Public and Private Audiences and 4.  The "alias" Object Property

Where is this targeting spec linked from and what is its status?

It's linked from on the http://activitystrea.ms website...

There have been a couple of updates in the past week but things are
pretty stable at this point. Should be finalized soon.
